Grass 414 is a Chevy Silverado 3/4 ton with seating for three and has a Stahl utility with with a CET skid unit on the rear. Our grass trucks are very multi-purpose and don’t have the easiest of life due to the work which they are tasked with. From fighting brush fires, establishing water supply, blocking roadways, surveying storm damage and clearing roadways of trees, and acting as people movers, they see action. Grass 414 also has the additional role of a plow truck for the fire district tasked with keeping our facility accessible, and responding on calls in winter weather.
