Welcome to our firehouse
Thank you for your interest in taking a look at our house. The firehouse has stood at its Columbus Road location since moving from the Municipal Building in 1980. This more spacious facility has stood for 28 years without any modifications or expansion projects to the main building. We house six fire apparatus in the main building along with two ALS equipped emergency squads belonging to the Fredericktown EMS. Outbuildings contain our technical rescue trailer, diesel generator, boat, and EMS disaster response trailer in addition to many other things.

- Automated backup generator
- Breathing air compressor, cascade, and fill station
- Gear washer and gear drying system
- Fully function weather station including access to national weather data
- High speed internet
- Emergency call box located in front of our firehouse

Firefighter training room
Our firefighter training faciliy is outfitted with audio/visual equipment capable of presenting CD/DVD and Powerpoint slideshows in addition to internet. We have sufficient room to train our firefighters for the purpose of life safety without traveling to other schools. |
Full kitchen facility
Our house features a full kitchen for firefighters or their spouses to prepare meals on meeting nights, trainings, or after incidents.

Emergency call box
Located in front of the firehouse this emergency call box allows persons outside the firehouse to notify Fire or EMS personnel inside. In addition to paging inside the phone will dial 911.
